Great food, great atmosphere, great prices, great people. We arrived about 8-9 minutes late for our reservation (that's on us), within the 15 minute grace period, but late enough that there was an issue with our table. Manager was overly generous in making it right, standup guy. And we shortly got the table we had planned on. I really enjoyed my papas ranchera, carne guisada, and beef barbacoa tacos, and the sherry cherry coke. The skillet cornbread we shared was also a highlight. I learned about Yellow Rose from Hell Gate NYC's 20 Dinner. Hell Gate knows what they're talking about. Plan to come again.

Great taco selection for brunch with the tortillas being the start of the show. I thought the cocktails were even better and made fresh with a bunch of variety. Recommend making a reservation just to keep things easy but was pretty casual during a Saturday afternoon. One regret was not trying the doughnuts

The queso fundido and cornbread are stand outs! The flour tortillas served with the queso fundido were so delicious and springy, and scallions and pecans really tie together the otherwise heavy flavor of the cornbread.

This was the perfect spot for some good Tex-Mex and great drinks! I got chicken tacos and then a wonderful wildflower mezcal - everything was delicious!!! And the queso was INCREDIBLE. I’ll be thinking about it for a while. Also highly recommend their margarita with a Tajin rim. And the vibe is so cute. Will definitely be coming back!

We booked in advance for a party of 10 and this was the quickest service in my life. The portions were huge and delicious. All courses: starters, main and dessert!! I had no space for the cake and only tried one spoon but would have eaten all of it, so rich!!

I’m nine months pregnant and came in to ask to use the bathroom and they graciously let me. Then I saw the menu, and saw that they have vegan queso and cashew crema so I stayed for lunch. (I’m allergic to milk so I was excited to try it) It was seriously so delicious. I got the chicken mole- and my whole pregnancy I have not wanted to eat chicken, but it was unbelievably delicious. Grateful I found this place and I can’t wait to come back!
